Location of vacation home in Groß-Glienicke, Hechtsprung 5a
The vacation home in Groß-Glienicke is one of two attached homes, built in 1996 near the Groß-Glienicke lake (small beach about 100m away). The house is located in a quiet, one-lane one-way street on a 700 m² property. Behind the house is an undeveloped property that can be used for activities as Volleyball or Badminton (at own risk).
| The village of Groß-Glienicke is located at the west city border of Berlin on the edge of an extended lake and forest area. Groß-Glienicke was developed as a vacation home area in the nineteen-thirties. After the Wall (round Berlin) came down the village rapidly developed again because of its beautiful location on the Groß-Glienicke lake. About 1000 m away you find a small shopping centre with good parking opportunities. About 15 car minutes south of Groß-Glienicke is the City of Potsdam with vast culturell attractions (e.g. Castle Sanssouci). To the city centre of Berlin you will need about 25-30 minutes by car. |
